Products Return Policy

All Sales Final

At Good Body Recovery, all product sales are final. We carefully describe and represent our products to ensure customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Our Discretion

Good Body Recovery reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective and what remedy is appropriate. Proof of defect may be required.

Service Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours notice: Reschedule without penalty
  • 24 hours or less notice: Rescheduling requires a deposit on file
  • No-shows: Full deposit forfeited; for prepaid packages, a $25 fee applies to the first No-show and the session is counted as used after the first occurrence.

Membership/Package Cancellations

  • Memberships: Require a 3-month minimum commitment; after that, 30 days written notice is required for cancellation
  • Prepaid packages: Non-refundable and non-transferable

How to Report a Defective Product

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@goodbodyrecovery.com or (561) 600-0447 within 7 days of receiving your product
  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and detailed description of the defect
  3. Include photos or videos demonstrating the defect when possible
  4. Our team will evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate resolution

Refund Processing for Defective Products

  • For confirmed defective products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after defect confirmation
  • Good Body Recovery may request return of the defective item before processing a refund

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund including return shipping costs.

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to a shipping error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange for retrieval of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct item.

The application process is quick, and you can receive an instant decision. We can help you apply right in our office or you can apply online before your visit.

Yes, many of our medical treatments qualify for HSA and FSA payments. Eligible treatments typically include those that address specific medical conditions or concerns. During your consultation, we can verify which treatments qualify for HSA/FSA coverage and provide any necessary documentation for your records.

Vagaro Pay Later is a convenient payment option that allows you to split your treatment cost into 4 equal, interest-free payments. The first payment is due at the time of service, with the remaining three payments automatically charged every two weeks. We can send you a link to apply or you may do so by logging into your Vagaro portal.

If you need to modify your Cherry financing payment plan or adjust your Vagaro Pay Later schedule, please contact Cherry or Vagaro as soon as possible.
